Heritage Café Programs – A Social Gathering for Sisters 55+
The Heritage Café is a welcoming program designed especially for Muslim women aged 55+. Join us for uplifting gatherings filled with meaningful conversations, light activities, and delicious refreshments.

Quran & Islamic Studies Classes
Join our Quran and Islamic Studies Class every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:30-7:00PM. This program is specially designed for junior high, high school, college and university students to deepen their understanding of the Quran and Islamic teachings. Led by a qualified female Alimah. Cost is $40 per month.

Quran Revision Class – For Hafithas
Welcome every Sunday evenings from 7:00pm-8:30pm high school and university aged sisters who have completed memorization of the Qur'an or are on their journey. Join Sr Sobhia Asfour, qualified Qur'an facilitator for an evening of revision and Tajweed. Optional Nourania session is available. Click below for details:

Quran & Nourania – For Women
Join our Quran and Nourania Class every Monday from 11:00am-12:00pm beginning Monday, October 6, 2025. This program is specially designed for adult women, led by Sr Sobhia Asfour, a qualified female Quran Facilitator. Fees are $60 per month.

Women's Fitness Classes – One Body, One Goal
Join us alternating Tuesdays from 3:00pm - 4:30pm for a full-body workout conducted by Sr Rana Ahmed, a female fitness instructor.
Adaptive chair exercises will be available for seniors and beginners. Ages 18+. Begins September 30. For more details and schedule, click below:
